My Mind and Body Collective is a healing meditation center located in Ogden, Utah.
My gentle movement class is an opportunity to relax, connect with your body, move in gentle yoga poses that open the body and allow the participant the opportunity to get energy flowing and release trapped emotions. This class is more about the experience of movement than performing yoga poses. Come explore somatic release in a safe environment for connecting with and restoring the health of your body, mind and spirit.
